Dr. W.A. Günther Audio Systems AG takes over Kling & Freitag sales: a cooperation for good sound.

The audio and video specialist from Erlenbach is taking over the exclusive distribution of Kling & Freitag in Switzerland. The success story of the sound systems made in Germany opens a new chapter and provides audio experiences. Listening required! 

From theatres to festivals, from football stadiums to congress centres. People rely on the innovative sound systems of Kling & Freitag for sound equipment at events worldwide. The German manufacturer’s products are also popular in Switzerland. Impressive quality for over 25 years. Martin Kling und Jürgen Freitag then developed their first sound systems, and in 1991 they founded their company – a success story that inspires customers and music lovers from Costa Rica to Germany and all the way to China.

As of 1 September 2017, Dr. W.A. Günther Audio Systems AG is taking over the exclusive distribution of the whole product range of Kling & Freitag. “We’re delighted”, Thomas Wunderli says, Managing Director of the specialist from Erlenbach, and adds: “We’re convinced that this quality brand is in good hands with us, and is a perfect addition to our portfolio. Together with the team in Hannover, we will develop the brand further and provide many positive and unique audio experiences across Switzerland”. Jürgen Freitag is also happy with the new cooperation, and says: “With Dr. W.A. Günther Audio Systems, we have found the right successor to continue our current success. And new clients will be acquired especially thanks to our new Kling & Freitag VIDA technology.”

Dr. W.A. Günther Audio Systems AG is supported by Werner Dönni. For the last 18 years, the Managing Director of Tucton was in charge of product distribution for Kling & Freitag and established the brand in Switzerland. The excellent sales activities and customer care are naturally also guaranteed by Dr. W.A. Günther Audio Systems AG, and Werner Dönni will be supporting the specialist here with his pro audio experience for the next six months. In the future, Tucton and Werner Dönni will be focusing on new technical audio challenges.
